- Advising staff on all aspects of company secretarial work.
- Delivering advisory work for clients (for example within Corporate Simplification and projects related to incorporating companies).
- Conducting rigorous project and financial management on all projects.
- Supervising and mentoring junior members of staff (4 direct reports in the office).
- Liasing with and supporting Company Secretarial Managers and staff in other offices as necessary.
- Taking ownership of all aspects of service delivery from client take on to completion of a job ensuring that all assignments to a high quality and within agreed timescales.
- Proactively contributing to the management of all company secretarial business development activity – pricing new opportunities, production of proposals and collaborating on the day-to-day management of the pipeline of opportunities.
