An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Receptionist/Administrator to join a leading Aerospace company based in Queensway, Birmingham. This is a 6-week contract role to support with an office move. The ideal candidate will be able to work a full-time schedule of 37 hours, 5 days a week. Key responsibilities include: - Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate location - General administrative tasks - Placing and unpacking orders - Ordering stationery - Maintaining office cleanliness - Organising meeting rooms - Answering and directing phone calls - Sorting mail - Assisting with office move preparations, including document archiving, furniture log and distribution, and folder recycling The successful candidate will be IT literate, a team player, and possess a proactive and hands-on approach to work. Excellent communication skills are a must. This role is being managed by Morson, acting as an employment business.
