Our client, a leading organisation in the transport industry, is seeking a dynamic HR Admin Support professional to join their vibrant team in Birmingham. What You'll Do:As the main point of contact for all HR inquiries, you will play a pivotal role in connecting current, former, and prospective employees with the HR team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Employee Support: Assist with staff changes including new entrants, promotions, leavers, and transfers.
- Reporting & Data Management: Help produce essential management reports and respond to industry surveys.
- Reference Requests: Manage the production of all reference requests efficiently.
- Employee Recognition: Coordinate Employee Reward & Recognition programmes, arranging vouchers or gifts to celebrate achievements.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle room bookings and purchase orders through the Oracle purchasing system.
- Medical Management: Maintain medical trackers, issue medical letters, and coordinate travel for appointments.
What You Bring:We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven administration experience
- Strong data entry and report production skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Organisational prowess to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with the Oracle purchasing system is a plus
- Minute-taking experience is beneficial
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
