Part Time Payroll Administrator Monday, Tuesday and Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm Edgbaston location with free onsite parkingWorking as a Payroll Administrator for one of the UKs leading recruitment agencies based in our busy Birmingham office in Edgbaston.PART-TIME PAYROLL ADMINISTRATORAs a Payroll Administrator you will payroll temporary workers on a weekly basis in an accurate and timely manner and ensure our customers are invoiced accurately.* Administer and produce weekly payroll for processing essential information in the form of individual timesheets* Invoicing clients* Liaising between clients and temporary workers* Timesheet hours analysis* Inputting temporary worker details onto computer system* Answering the telephone - professional & clear speaking* Handling invoices and payroll queries* Processing invoices for suppliers* General office duties including photocopying and filing* Excel/Word/EmailAs a Payroll Administrator you must be able to communicate clearly and effectively maintaining a patient and friendly manner at all times. You must be able to work within the surroundings of a very busy office environment , work to deadlines with impeccable time management.Previous experience of working with payroll is advantageous.Hours:Monday 08:00 - 17:00Tuesday 08:00 - 17:00Friday 08:00 - 17:00Salary:£11.44 per hourFree onsite parkingIf you are interested in the Payroll Administrator please click apply now!
