Office based Gas Engineer required for a leading manufacturer in the West Midlands area
Salary to 42,500 + Bonus + Comprehensive benefit structure

ROLE
*Receive and resolve technical enquiries both over the phone and through email from both customers and Engineers
*Provide Technical support relating to Performance, Design & operation of the companies range of heating products
*Preparing documentation, help sheets and reports as well as maintaining the CRM system

THE PERSON
*Gas Safe Qualified
*Experience Repairing Commercial or residential boilers
*Good communication skills both written and verbal
