Your new companyThis school is looking for an experienced teacher or ECT (Newly Qualified Teacher) to cover their Year 3 class from May 2024 - Feb 2025. This long-term role will give you the opportunity to work within a mainstream school that holds an 'Outstanding' Ofsted ranking. This school prides themselves on high-quality teaching. Therefore, they are looking for someone consistent and dedicated to the wellbeing and educational development of their students. Your new roleThis is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday, until Feb 2025. You will be required to effectively plan and prepare lessons and support the educational growth of your students. Marking and carrying out assessments will also be necessary. This school is also looking for someone who is proactive, confident, and able to create a positive learning environment for all students.What you'll need to succeedA successful candidate will need a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), as well as the ability to engage, encourage and promote the learning and wellbeing of the students. You must have previous experience in a classroom environment and dealing with a range of students.
