Job Title: Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join our clients team based in Birmingham (B5). The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across the business, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the team and management
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Updating and managing databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, coordinating diaries, and organising travel
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
- Supporting with filing, photocopying, and other office-based tasks
- Ensuring all administrative processes are carried out accurately and efficiently
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration role (minimum 1-2 years)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
