Mechanical Supervisor - Water

Our client, a renowned company in the water industry, is currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis.

• Oversee and manage mechanical installation projects in the water sector.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of mechanical technicians and contractors.
• Ensure that all mechanical installations are carried out to a high standard, in line with industry regulations and company policies.
• Ensure the availability of the necessary equipment, materials, and tools for the successful completion of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, site documentation, and quality assurance documents.
• Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as engineering and operations, to ensure smooth project workflow.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

• Significant experience in mechanical installations, preferably within the water industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on-site.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
