About the Role

As a Technical Production Manager, you'll lead the way in planning and managing the technical elements of our projects. This involves everything from staging and lighting to audio and special effects. You'll oversee on-site teams and suppliers, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Turn client briefs into technical blueprints with precision and creativity.

Budget Management: Produce accurate quotes and keep projects on track financially.

Site Management: Conduct site inspections and manage on-site teams.

Supplier Coordination: Work with a range of suppliers to source and manage the right equipment.

Health & Safety: Prioritize safety in all aspects of project delivery.

Project Reconciliation: Reconcile budgets and resources after each event to ensure cost accuracy.

What You'll Need

Experience: A background in AV or technical production, preferably in an events agency.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Capture and WYSIWYG, and a good understanding of audio systems, LED screens, and projectors.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage logistics.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.

Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to solving problems on the fly.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
