Enpure Ltd are a progressive organisation in water and wastewater services and are looking to recruit a capable, self-motivated, and engaging Quantity Surveyor..

Our head office is based South Birmingham which has had a recent open plan fit out to enable team collaboration and comfort in modern surroundings.

Your New Role:

Assist and advise project management on all contractual, value, cost and contract time problems as they arise.

preparation of valuations and ensure payments are received on projects in accordance with contract conditions.

Cost variations, trends and extra works in accordance with company and client requirements.

Assist or prepare monthly cost and cashflow reports for senior management review

Commercially manage sub-contractor accounts ensuring all notices, payment certs and correspondence are completed within contractual timescales

Assist with and/or prepare contractual claims.

Advise Procurement Department on terms and conditions of sub-contracts.

Approve sub-contracts issued by Procurement Department via the Senior QS for accuracy and quality against Company standards.

Monitor all cost data to control a project from award to final completion.

Notify Project Managers of deviations in time and cost.

Assess the effect of all deviations, trends, variations from project budget and schedule, at the earliest possible time, for evaluation and remedial action by Project Managers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Commercial degree or equivalent level qualification, or working towards.
  • Demonstrable relevant experience commensurate to the level of the role, preferably within the water/wastewater industry or utilities sector
