RCM are looking to speak with experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor located in Birmingham.
Our client an Award Winning Building Services Contractor which is looking for a M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business with the view to work on projects located in the Midlands and a clear progression plan within the business.
Your role as M&E Quantity Surveyor will involve:
- Working on a Projects ranging up to 15M in MEP value
- Closely working with the Senior Commercial team to ensure that budgets, cash flow, and financial process are in place and being reported/updated weekly
- Ensure monthly applications are certified on time and invoiced accordingly
- Attending client and site meetings as and when needed
- Working closely with suppliers and subcontractors
- Managing costings and bills of quantities
As the M&E Quantity Surveyor you will:
- Have experience in working within a Building Services / Main Contractor environment.
- Degree qualified within Quantity Surveying.
