Niyaa people are working with a well respected care group based nationwide and they are looking for a Property Manager (Assets) to join their team. The reason for the role opening up is due to retirement.Role: Property ManagerRate: £55-£60,000Location: Hybrid but travel once every 2 weeks to sites across UKResponsibilities of the Property Manager:
  • Act as the subject matter expert in all Asset Management related matters, ensuring professional knowledge and skills are maintained up to date through external networking and internal collaboration with peers.
  • Lead, develop and oversee an effective information management system to monitor property management services provided (both in-house and outsourced) against an agreed set of KPIs in collaboration with property peers.
  • Effectively manage the delegated Asset Management budget; controlling, and authorising expenditure in line with financial requirements and quality standards. Prepare annual budget for Asset Management expenditure, developing long-term investment plans and budgets for this area of operations.
  • Work closely with Legal, Quality and Compliance Teams to assist with responses to the Asset Management audit programmes, including compliance health and safety assessments.
