Base salary: £24K + Uncapped commission up to 60% (£40K OTE Year 1, £60K year 2, £90K year 3)

Recruitment Consultant - The role:
- Talent acquisition:?Sourcing & interviewing candidates.
- Process management:?Managing the full recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, feedback management, closing deals and post-placement follow ups.
- Research:?Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.
- Market intelligence:?Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news.
Recruitment Consultant - Requirements
- 12-18 months B2B sales experience
- 2:1 degree
- Would consider a degree educated individual with commercial experience
- Confident and outgoing
- Ambitious (working towards personal goals)
- Commercially savvy
- Financially and success driven
- Must be competitive! Sporting background desirable
- Great communication skills
- Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
