Since our inception in 2016 our strategy has been to work with SME clients which has enabled us to grow our business to a full offering to companies covering vacancies in finance, marketing, and sales - we also have regular requirements to recruit business support roles. Which is why the time is now right for us to recruit a specialist commercial recruiter within our team. This opportunity would suit an individual who is experienced in resourcing or worked within sales role seeking the opportunity to grow this division.

What you will do as a Recruiter

  • Advising and placing Administration, Customer Service and Operations candidates
  • Engaging with our current client base offering suitably candidates
  • Providing consultative advice to clients regarding vacancies and candidates available
  • Candidate Sourcing and management
  • Working with the team to manage clients’ expectations ensuring we offer a full 360 recruitment service
  • Ensuring internal CRM is kept up to date with all client and candidate information
  • Analysing client accounts and maximising opportunities within organisations

What you will need:

  • Knowledge of recruitment or resourcing would be a advantage
  • Confident and creative recruiter able to advise and support clients and candidates
  • Ideally looking for an opportunity to progress into management consultant role
