We are currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager for a global engineering and asset management business, who specialize within industrial machinery. They deliver solutions for all of the machinery and equipment it supplies, with a large number of mobile engineers throughout the UK.
Role & responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of compliance officers & engineers
- Full control of compliance Asset schedules.
- Drive and deliver KPIs for team members
- Drive innovation to enhance existing offerings.
- Geographical planning of mobile engineers.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Focusing on Health and safety, compliance related matters occurring
- Investigating and actioning incidents
- Completing health and safety, quality, and environmental audits
- Chairing and attending meetings
- Assisting in tender processes for both new and existing customers
Experience required :
- Proven experience managing a team of compliance staff
- Engineering experience is beneficial
- H&S, Quality or Environmental related experience
- Ability to influence and motivate and coach staff
- Commercial awareness
- Profit & loss
- Computer literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willing to travel within throughout UK
