Restaurant Manager Snapshot:
- Upto £40,000
- 3 & a half days per week
- Closed Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
- The biggest perk of this role is the FOH team that you will inherit – every single one is a super star!
- 40 - 45 hours per week
- You will have your own Reservation’s Manager
- Closed Christmas
- Michelin standard 3AA Rosette restaurant – Taster and A’la Carte Menu only
- Chef Patron with 1 and 2 Michelin Star background
