Duties & Responsibilities
- Build solid, strong and successful relationship's across the business
- First point of contact for client managers, onsite managers and project managers
- Produce detailed reports of spend and stock
- Manging all requests from client and process orders
- Manage complete process from initial request through to delivery and return of equipment
- Identifying stock availability and booking accordingly
- Plan and organise necessary delivery of stock
- Responsible for offering solutions to problems in a positive and robust manner
- Attend and contribute in client meetings
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong relationship management experience
- Excellent time management experience
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage your time effectively
- Proficient IT skills
