ECT Teacher Job Description:

As a ECT Teacher at our welcoming primary schools, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to engage, challenge, and empower our students as they navigate their educational journey. You’ll be responsible for creating dynamic and inclusive learning experiences that ignite curiosity, foster resilience, and promote a love for lifelong learning. Your role will include:

      Planning and delivering inspiring lessons that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of our pupils. 

      Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

      Differentiating instruction and providing targeted support to ensure the progress and well-being of all students.

      Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to enhance the educational experience and outcomes for our students.

      Contributing to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.

ECT Teacher Requirements:

      Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.

      Proven experience teaching students, with a sound understanding of the curriculum and assessment frameworks.

      Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

      Enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to fostering a culture of curiosity, exploration, and growth in the classroom.

      A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning, with a dedication to continuous professional development and improvement.
