About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our dynamic secondary school team in September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science to students from Year 7 to Year 11, preparing them for GCSE examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons to students across all abilities and year groups.
- Prepare lesson plans in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to enhance student learning.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of the Science curriculum.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A passion for history and a commitment to student success.
