The Role of the Field Service Manager:

• Looking after an experienced team of 3 engineers
• Providing guidance, training and support to the team, internal divisions, and external customers
• Liaise closely with the repair and maintenance departments
• Staying up to date with AI developments within the construction space
• Ensuring all admin work such as subscriptions, installation records, and down-time is correct
• Working Mon - Fri; 07:30 - 17:30, 80% office based, 20% site based

The Candidate for the Field Service Manager:

• Management/leadership experience within construction, heavy plant, industrial, or related sectors
• Knowledge of mobile plant telemetry or human form/human detection systems is strongly desirable
• Abilit to lead teams and liaise with various customers and internal stakeholders
• Able to think on feet
• Confident using IT systems
• Role is suitable for candidates looking to step from a team leader/supervisor up in to a management role.
• A full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK as sponsorship cannot be provided.

The Package for the Field Service Manager:

• 45,000 - 55,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• Fully expensed Company Vehicle
• Pension, Mobile, Tablet
• 25 days holiday plus stats
