WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER YOU'LL... 

• Lead departmental teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and capability to deliver great service in a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and team 

• Anticipate guests needs where possible and react to those needs to enhance guest satisfaction 

• Prepare, check and monitor department forecasts and rotas to ensure they are in line with set budgets 

• Deliver quality training and coaching to ensure your team are not only delivering but also developing their own skillset 

• Act on behalf of the General Manager whilst they are not in the business 

WHAT DO I NEED?

• Experience in how to get the best out of your team through target and objective setting
