Mobility Engineer

As a Mobility Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that individuals with mobility challenges regain their independence and freedom. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and installations of mobility aids and equipment.
- Providing expert advice and support to clients regarding product usage and maintenance.
- Performing repairs and servicing of mobility devices with precision and care.
- Collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
The Package:
- Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £33,000, depending on experience.
- Generous overtime pays for those extra hours dedicated to serving the clients.
- Regular Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm schedule, with occasional early or late finishes.
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with mobility needs.
- Work-life balance with only 1 in 3 Saturday mornings required (3 hours).
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in mobility aids and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
