Cover Supervisor Person Specification
To be considered for this role you must be a calm and resourceful graduate who has experience working in a school, and has superb oral and written skills. You should have the capability to thrive in adverse situations and prove your passion for education.
About the Cover Supervisor Role
As a Cover Supervisor you will be a member of non-teaching staff who is responsible for whole classes of students across the secondary school curriculum. They are responsible for supervising work set by a member of the teaching staff and managing classroom behaviour at all times.
