Our focus is on providing exceptional education and support to primary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support each student's progress
- Employ innovative and effective teaching methods designed for students with ASD and complex needs
- Monitor and assess students' development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with children with ASD and complex needs
- Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching
