This opportunity is an full time, permanent position, offering hybrid working and up to 35k a year dependant on experience.

This is a dynamic and friendly environment to work in and this role as a Contracts and Procurement Specialist will support clients with the sourcing processes, documentation, contracts and developing standard documentation. This would include tender documentation and contract amendments as well as problem solving for unique opportunities.

The other key duties would be:

- Liaising with external individuals and clients

- Working to improve procurement documentation

- Maintenance of documentation and contracts and assuring this is consistent

- Supporting clients with ad-hoc sourcing queries

It would be essential for the candidate to have an understanding of the contracting and procurement processes and or law ideally within local government. It would also be essential for the candidate to have contract or tender drafting experience within a law firm or similar environment.

You will need to be detail orientated, organised and analytical. You will need to be able to solve and articulate potential problems, be pragmatic and have an dependable approach to work!
