Job Title: Project Supply Chain Coordinator

Locations :Central Birmingham ( Hybrid )

Salary: From £30,000

Duties:

  • To deliver high-quality support services, primarily focused on the effective execution of the Supply Chain Transition Programme project.
  • Engage and communicate with senior leaders, typically been buyers, from businesses participating in the Supply Chain Transition Programme alongside the internal Account Managers.
  • Interact and facilitate the timely and professional exchange of information with all project stakeholders.
  • Develop a project framework, including a plan and schedule, to achieve project objectives and ensure effective project performance measurement and reporting.
  • Monitor and advance the plan and schedule, adjusting as necessary in consultation with colleagues.
  • Report actual performance and deviations from the plan, as well as forecast outcomes.
  • Identify and address key milestones and critical path issues, assessing their impact and recommending solutions.
  • Determine key resource needs and ensure proper booking and availability maintenance.
  • Oversee integrated project programs, adhering to reporting time lines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor project performance.
  • Undertake related tasks, particularly those aimed at improving our understanding of and supporting supply chains in the region.
