This is an onsite-only role focused primarily on handling incoming calls through a designated phone line, using a provided script and FAQ guide to support callers efficiently and professionally.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with contact centre experience or a strong background in customer service—especially those comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-focused environment.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handle incoming calls using a provided script and answer FAQs
  • Provide clear and accurate information to callers in a calm, supportive manner
  • Collaborate with the onsite team to escalate issues when needed
  • Occasionally assist with related administrative tasks (minimal email handling)
  • Work as part of a friendly, supportive team with full training provided
