HGV Mechanic - Mobile & Workshop Hybrid Role

Alecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced HGV Mechanics interested in a full-time permanent position based in the Birmingham area.

Working in a hybrid capacity you will carry out service, maintenance and repair to HGV at the company head office and breakdown service for the remainder of the year.

This is broken down as follows.

April to September

• Working on a mobile basis dealing with breakdowns of company fleet vehicles and associated plant.

October to March

• Workshop based position, carrying out servicing and maintenance to company fleet vehicles.

The role will include a company van, laptop and fuel card as standard.

Desired Profile

• Experienced, time served HGV Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to commute to cover workload as per business needs.
• Based locally to Birmingham or West Midlands.
