Sonic Summary

Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience, plus performance and annual bonus
Hours: 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

Requires at least 1-2 years of previous office experience in a customer-facing role
Experience within a building services company and coordinating an engineering workforce is preferred

Previous office experience working for a service industry in customer facing role
Previous experience within building services company, busy reactive helpdesk and coordinating an engineering workforce.
Reliable, excellent time keeping
Excellent communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
