Responsibilities:

• Provide essential IT support to office based and remote staff.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain the company's IT systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team in the UK, and in Lithuania, to maintain and enhance the company's IT infrastructure.
• Providing technical support to staff, often via phone or email
• Documenting technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:

• Have a passion for computers and technology
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking
• Good knowledge of PC hardware with experience of diagnosing problems
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with MacOS, iPadOS, iOS
• Ability to commute to remote offices independently
• Enjoy helping people and solving problems
• Are a quick learner and eager to gain new skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
