- Manage a team of administration staff: overseeing and managing workloads.
- Set team focus plans and carry out regular individual meetings.
- Work closely with Group HR Manager for all staffing matters.
- Carry out Inductions and training of all new personnel.
- Support the Directors, including co-ordinating and organising diaries, training events, internal meetings, travel & accommodation bookings.
- Producing detailed reports, documents, briefing papers, and presentations to tight timescales
- Update procedures for invoicing, expenses, and user guides for systems.
- Workplace H&S compliance including First Aid, Mental Health responder, Fire Alarm Systems inspections, PAT Testing, Security systems.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts.
- Liaise with group finance manager to ensure reconciliation, track debtors and control supplier accounts.
- Co-ordinate office social events; Christmas & Summer Parties, and other related company events across mainland UK.
- It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role.
- A proven track record of successfully managing a team.

- Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
