Bar & Restaurant Assistant Manager

Our client is a very busy bar and restaurant venue based in Bishops Stortford and they are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager toplay a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of theestablishment.The shifts are between 7.30am-3pm and 3pm-11pm so the finishes will not be too late.

Duties:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

We are looking for somebody with hospitality experience and strong team management and supervisory skills as well as knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Interviews are ongoing so apply now.
