Our client is a luxurious residential and dementia care home based in Warwick offering state-of-the-art facilities, which include 66 large en-suite bedrooms and 5 luxury care suites. The home also features luxurious lounges and dining rooms, an on-site caf bar, a cinema, and a professional hair and beauty salon.
Salary: 14.70 = 30,700

What's involved?
- Full-Time Position - shifts will be on rotation
- Kitchen operates between 07:00 to 18:00
- This home opens in July - they would like the sous chef onboard before opening for training and set up.

Ideal Candidate
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience as a Sous chef
- Experience in menu development and team training
- Food hygiene and allergen certificates
