Role Overview

As a CCTV Officer at Allied Universal, you are more than a Security Professional. You'll ensure the safety of our customers staff, their buildings and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment.

You will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working either (Apply online only) or (Apply online only).

PLEASE NOTE - start date for this role is 15th June 2024 and we will not accept any applications that are not accompanied by a full up to date CV.

Your Time at Work
Playing a vital role the successful candidate will coordinate operations on-site by constant CCTV monitoring of those buildings and perimeters that are included within the scope of the role. The protection of our client's premises, assets, personnel and visitors is our key priority and our CCTV Controllers will need to be on constant alert for any incident or behaviour that poses a potential or actual risk within the estate. You will also be expected to respond quickly and appropriately to incidents and that requires a good level of competency in the identification and assessment of risk, as well as a high degree of commitment to retaining up-to-date knowledge of the response and escalation procedures appropriate to the level of risk identified. You must also have the skill and competency to fully understand the issues of privacy and Civil rights of the individuals you will view whilst monitoring CCTV.

Our Perfect Worker
You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. A good IT knowledge is also key. You must be flexible and available to work on a varied shift pattern which will include days, nights and weekends. You will need to have previous Security experience, ideally in the hotel or hospitality industry and excellent customer facing skills. You must have a full CCTV licence
