About your role
- Management responsibility for a Team of Air Conditioning Engineers.
- Management of a wide variety of sites covering the North West
- Managing the day to day health & safety across the contracts
- Supporting and standing in for the customer on FM issues when needed
- Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget
- Working closely with the on site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
- Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas
About you
- Experience of managing Hard Services FM contracts
- Technically qualified in Air Conditioning
- Commercially astute
- Accustomed to leading multi-site contracts
- Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
- Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
This role is a hybrid role primarily based in Blackburn.
