Credit Controller | £25,000 – £28,000 | Blackburn + Flexible | Supportive management team | Fantastic working cultureAxon Moore have partnered with a fantastic company in Blackburn which has witnessed significant growth in recent years and, as such, are seeking an assured Credit Controller who is able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment and take ownership for their ledgers.This role will be well suited to an experienced and personable candidate who possesses exceptional organisational, numerical and computer skills, is able to communicate confidently and is capable of building long-lasting working relationships.Key Responsibilities and Duties:•             Approving Credit limits•             Raising Credit Notes •             Chasing of outstanding balances via phone, letter and e-mail•             Actively pursue direct debit sign up by customers•             Cash allocation and correctly posting of cash•             Query resolution and escalation following chase procedures and policies•             Submitting manual credits and invoices processed from billingRequired Skills and Experience: •             Recent experience in a similar role•             Boast a tenacious, problem-solving attitude.•             Enthusiastic team player with a positive, hard-working approach.•             Excellent attention to detail.•             Well organised and self-motivated with an ability to prioritise and manage own time efficiently and effectively.•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
