What You'll Do:
Prepare weekly reports on sales and wages performanceConduct monthly reporting and in-depth investigation of KPIsAnalyze costs against budget on a monthly basis, delving into variancesEvaluate investment opportunities and analyze post-investment performanceUtilize our BI system (Qlikview) and budgeting system (Cognos) to maintain data accuracyCollaborate with property General Managers to develop budgets and forecastsAttend meetings to contribute to the review of business performanceConduct detailed analysis of business performance, identifying areas for improvementEngage in other ad-hoc projects and analysis tasks as neededWho Are We Seeking?We're looking for someone who:
Possesses a graduate-level educationHolds qualification or part-qualification as an accountant (ACA or CIMA)Exhibits confidence with a down-to-earth communication styleDemonstrates a high level of IT competencyIs self-motivated, with initiative and the ability to meet tight deadlinesWhat You'll Get:In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer:
