FLEXIBLE HOURSDisability Assessor Nurse for Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

Pay:35,000/pa+ benefits + bonus Nurses:RGN, RMN, RNLD

  • Homebased: permanent, remote vacancy conducting telephone assessments from own home with periodic attendance for meetings/training/f2f/ reduce isolation (equipment provided)
  • Office-based

Disability Assessor Nurse Requirements:

  • ValidNMC pin
  • A minimum of12 months' experienceas a nurse
  • Appropriate work space within the home setting that allows you to successfully complete your role
  • No previous assessor experience required as full, paid training is provided

Disability Assessor Nurse role:

  • Annual salary of 35,000(basic) - 42,000 (OTE)
  • Responsible for own scheduling, allowing for school drop off/pick up
  • Core working hours: 10am - 3pm, options to work any day of the week
  • Fulltraining is supplied over an initial 20 week period, completed asvirtual/remote teaching and assessments
  • Conductingimpartial, holistic medical assessments onlyand does not require you to make any decisions on claim outcomes
  • Compiling a report, which is then dispatched for review and decision as to eligibility
  • Flexible working hours are availableafter 6 weeks of training
  • Full time, part time and compressed hours available
