This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a solid background in handling road traffic accident claims who is ready to take the next step in their legal career.Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of pre-litigated RTA matters from initial instruction through to settlement
- Progressing claims via the MOJ and OIC portals efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining regular contact with clients, insurers, medical agencies, and other third parties
- Assessing liability and quantum, and negotiating settlements where appropriate
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes
- Meeting and exceeding individual and departmental performance targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a caseload of pre-litigation RTA claims
- Strong knowledge of the MOJ and OIC portal systems
- Excellent time management, organisational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Client-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with Proclaim case management system is advantageous but not essential
