As the client is hiring with the view in mind of developing the successful candidate into a HR Manager position.
Some of the responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Supporting Investigation, Grievance & Disciplinary hearing
- Supporting a Performance Management Process
- Supporting effective absence management processes and liaising with Occupational Health
- Providing professional and confidential HR support to employees and managers
- Supporting with full talent cycle including recruitment.
This role is offering a salary of up to £40,000pa and offers flexiblility around start/finish times.
