Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Working Hours: 15:00 - 23:00, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
Due to growth Pets Choice is looking for an additional Warehouse Team Leader to join the team.
Duties include:
- Team leading warehouse operatives and FLT drivers to support day to day objectives
- Working in a palletised environment, with high racking
- Supervising the day to day operation during your shift
- Ensure that work is completed safely, to a high standard and within the necessary timeframe
- Work closely with Warehouse Administration, QA, H&S, Management and other internal departments
- Identify and develop processes where needed to drive improvements of efficiency and productivity
- Hands on with the team and lead from the front
- Attention to detail in relation to missing or damaged items
- Manual handling up to 20kg
About You:
Requirements:
- Experience of leading/supervising a warehouse and team
- Fluent English, reading, writing and speaking
- Polite, courteous and well presented
- Self motivated and committed attitude
- Willing to learn
- Problem solving
