Our client is looking for a Regional Clinical Development Lead Nurse to join their team, focusing on enhancing care standards across their homes in Blackburn and Wigan. The Regional Clinical Lead Nurse will:
  • Implement the clinical quality strategy within the region.
  • Conduct audits, practice observations, and care plan reviews to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor clinical risk indicators and support homes in reducing risks.
  • Assist homes in preparing for CQC and local authority inspections.
  • Drive improvements through lessons learned from incidents and complaints.
