We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide; we are looking for a talented Full Time Chef de Partie who will bring fresh and exciting ideas to our kitchen team.
As Chef de Partie, you will be required to:
·Control the quality levels of product and services relating to the food operation and sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
·Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to always ensure the highest quality.
·Offer great customer service and answer guests needs appropriately.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & take pride in their work. You will be organized, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent attention to detail and can effectively meet deadlines whilst maintaining high quality service.
