Page Personnel are working alongside a very successful company based in Blackpool. They are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join the team on 12 month contract. This is position requires a diligent Credit Controller to oversee credit management and maintain the company's strong financial standing within the FMCG industry.

This is a large-scale FMCG firm, boasting a robust and diverse product range that has been developed over the years. With a team size in the thousands, it is based in the UK and has an international presence. They are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join the team on a 12 month FTC.

Description

As a credit Controller you will be responsible for:

  • Manage and oversee credit control processes for our large-scale FMCG firm.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding credit issues.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on credit control performance.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and manage credit risk.
  • Contribute to the development of credit policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve financial objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
  • Handle any credit-related queries or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a credit control role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of credit-related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of the Accounting & Finance team.
