Project values range from a few hundred pounds to £250,000, covering everything from renovations, conversions, and extensions to foundations, concrete works, drainage, and landscaping, among more. Due to continued growth and strong demand, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery and management of projects across the Northwest of England.In this role, you will support the team in delivering a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors. Key responsibilities will include cost control, procurement, material buying, supporting on-site project oversight, preparing RAMS, estimating, and handling various administrative tasks. Given the unique and varied nature of the role, candidates are not expected to have experience in all these areas, but a strong willingness to learn and develop within a broad construction role is essential.The ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveying experience, preferably within a commercial or civil engineering background.
