Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Blackpool
Type: Permanent
Salary: 11.75 per hour + 85 per sleep

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and care for children and young people in a residential setting.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
- Assist with daily activities and routines, including meal times, recreational activities, and educational support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to meet the needs of residents.
- Respond effectively to any challenging behaviour or crisis situations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people in a residential setting.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care or equivalent qualification.
- Full driving license.
