They’re now offering a brand-new opportunity for a Business Development and Marketing Assistant to join their team, supporting the firm’s highly regarded Private Client department.This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to combine marketing, client engagement, and commercial thinking in a professional setting. You’ll play a key part in developing the firm’s brand, helping to attract and retain clients, and supporting fee-earners with content and promotional activity.What you’ll be doing:
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns for the Private Client team.
  • Helping fee-earners to create engaging content, including blogs and social media posts.
  • Handling new client enquiries and promoting additional services where appropriate.
  • Supporting business development initiatives, events, and client engagement strategies.
  • Contributing to wider marketing projects and firm-wide promotional activity.
What we're looking for:
  • At least 6 months’ experience in an office or administrative role (ideally)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills – you’ll be confident producing content and dealing with clients.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and a genuine interest in marketing and professional services.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using social media and basic marketing tools.
Desirable but not essential:
  • Previous experience in a legal or private client setting.
  • Some knowledge of wills, probate, or other private client services.
