Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly and monthly payrolls flawlessly
- Completing reporting tasks such as HMRC and pension reconciliations
- Managing company benefits like pensions and private medical insurance
- Handling employee queries on payroll, tax, and benefits
- Collaborating with the HR team on projects aimed at enhancing process efficiencies
What we're looking for:
- A seasoned payroll professional with experience in multi-site payroll processing
- Proficiency in payroll and HR systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional ability to manage a busy workload and meet strict deadlines
