Property Manager

Gillespie Recruitment are looking to speak to an experienced Property Manager / Lettings Consultant for our client in Northumberland.

They offer bespoke property management services. Therefore, candidates will require an all-round knowledge of the letting process from instruction through marketing and viewing to day-to-day management.

Candidates will have a good knowledge of the Lettings industry and ideally be working towards their ARLA qualification.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Property Manager (preferred)
• Must have full clean driving license.
• ARLA (or similar) qualified or working towards qualification.

Working week -Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30 with Rota Saturdays with time off in lieu.
