Position: Delivery Driver (Van)

Location: Bodmin

Driver Hire Cornwall are currently looking to take on an experienced van delivery driver for one of our busy clients based in Bodmin, delivering fresh food and produce supplies all over Devon and Cornwall. This will be ongoing, full time work, for approximately the next 2 months, with potential ongoing work thereafter. If this sounds like the role for you, apply today.

About the job:

• Shifts will be Monday - Friday each week.
• Starting at 06:00 in the morning each day.
• Pay is from 12.33 per hour with lots of overtime opportunities available. (Advanced payroll method inclusive of holiday pay)
• PAYE - Internal payroll meaning we don't use umbrella firms!
• Weekly pay.
• This is a TEMPORARY ONGOING position - permanent opportunities may become available for the right candidates.

Job requirements:

• A full and valid Category B licence.
• The ability to lift and carry as well as move freely in and out of the vehicle, in all weather conditions is necessary due to the physical nature of this role.
• Previous van delivery experience would be advantageous.
• Your own transport is essential to get to and from work.
• Working mobile phone.

Please be aware that the advertised pay for this job role is an advanced payroll method, meaning the rate is inclusive of your holiday pay at 12.07%. We are more than happy to accommodate a standard payroll method if you prefer to accrue and take holiday separately.
